Raul was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998; Florida and U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He attended Binghamton University (B.A., cum laude, 1995) and Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1998). He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association; The Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. His practice areas include: commercial litigation, employment law, business torts and noncompete agreements.
