Robert L. Rocke
Robert has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. He was educated at Bentley College and The University of South Florida (B.A., 1984) and received his law degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (J.D., 1987). He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Trial Lawyers Section); The Florida Bar (Trial Lawyers Section) and the American Bar Association. He was formerly Vice Chairman Grievance Committee for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. His practice area is commercial litigation including real estate litigation, insurance coverage, healthcare law, business torts and non-compete agreements. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
